The VA Clinic Ground Breaking
Officials with the Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center held a groundbreaking for the Caldwell Community Based Outpatient Clinic. 10,000-square-foot building will make medical access easier for rural veterans who don't want to travel through downtown Boise.
